Traditionally the term 'pseudo-secular' has been used by Hindu nationalists to accuse the Congress of pandering to minorities. Now the Principal of St. Stephen's is using it to accuse a Congress MP of being insensitive to minority rights!
Sometimes the Orwellian perversion of political language is just baffling...
